Mediation Services

Mediations can be booked for half and full days. Unless otherwise specified beforehand and agreed in writing by the parties each party responsible to split the charges equally.

Full day | $7,500.00

Half day | $4,000.00

Hourly Rate | $700.00

The mediation fee applies to all mediations via Zoom. The mediation fees also apply to all in-person mediations within the counties of Fresno, Madera, Merced, Kings, and Tulare.

A full day session includes up to eight (8) hours of mediation time and up to two (2) hours of preparation time.

A half-day session includes up to four (4) hours of mediation time and up to one (1) hour of preparation time.

Any additional time is billed at the applicable hourly rate. Please note that the parties are responsible for time reserved and unused hearing time is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If the mediation is cancelled or continued 14 or more calendar days prior to the mediation date, the mediation fees will be refunded.

If notice is less than the period specified above, the party that requests the continuance or cancellation shall be responsible for 100% of the fees for the hearing. Of course, we will try to rebook the time to mitigate these fees. If the time of a cancelled mediation can be booked with another mediation, all the fees will be refunded.
