Mediation Services

Mediations can be booked for half and full days. Unless otherwise specified beforehand and agreed in writing by the parties each party responsible to split the charges equally.

Half day | $2,500.00

Full day | $5,000.00

Each additional hour billed at $500.00

Travel time not billed if under 1 hour. If further than 1 hour from Fresno, travel time billed at $250 per hour.

Cancelation Policy: If mediation is cancelled 3 business days before the scheduled mediation, there will be no charge. All efforts will be made to fill the time if cancelled to avoid charges to the parties.

Arbitration Services

Arbitrations must be booked for a minimum of 1 full day.

Set-up Fee | $500.00

Full day | $5,000.00

Each additional hour billed at $500.00

Travel time not billed if location under 1 hour from Fresno. If further than 1 hour Fresno, travel time billed at $250.00 per hour.

Cancelation Policy: If arbitration is cancelled 14 business days before the scheduled arbitration, there will be no charge. All efforts will be made to fill the time if cancelled to avoid charges to the parties.

Consulting Services

Neutral case evaluation, discovery plans, expert witness prep, jury selection assistance, case strategy and other litigation consultation available for both defense and plaintiff cases.
