David Moeck

With more than 25 years practicing law, and having tried more than 20 cases, David is now focusing his practice on assisting plaintiffs and defendants settle their cases throughout California. Based out of Central California, you can set an appointment with him in person or virtually. His vast experience trying complex cases gives him a unique perspective to help analyze all types of cases with values from four figures to eight figures. Fortunate to have worked with some of the best defense and plaintiff attorneys in California, David has a unique perspective, and is able to understand the risks each side has and evaluate your case before trial to find common ground and help the parties reach a resolution.

Arbitration is a dispute resolution process in which the parties agree to submit their dispute to one or more arbitrators who issue an award, resolving the dispute without litigation.
